LottoRadar.co.uk is an independent project that turns publicly available UK National Lottery and EuroMillions draw history into clear, interactive statistical summaries. Why we built it

Official lottery websites publish individual draw results but do very little with the data over time. We built this site to make it easy for anyone — not just analysts — to see at a glance which numbers have appeared more or less often, how recent patterns have shifted, and how a typical winning line is structured (odd/even balance, high/low split, consecutive pairs, total sum).

Our honest position

Every lottery draw is independent and entirely random. No amount of historical analysis can change the underlying odds of any future draw. We present the data because it is interesting, not because it gives anyone an edge. Treat everything on this site as information and entertainment only — never as a prediction service, financial advice, or gambling advice.

How the site is run

LottoRadar.co.uk is operated by a small UK-based team. Hosting, domain and bandwidth costs are covered by display advertising provided by Google AdSense (see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details). The site receives no commission from any lottery operator and does not sell tickets.

Our methodology

Every figure on the site is derived from stored draw history using a small set of transparent formulas. We deliberately keep the pipeline simple so any interested reader can follow it end-to-end:

1. Ingest. Draw results for UK Lotto and EuroMillions are imported from the publicly published record after each draw and written to our database. Every stored draw is visible on the relevant game page in the Recent Draws card, so the data feeding the analysis is never hidden.
2. Frequency & recency. For each ball we count how often it has appeared in total, in a recent-draws window, and (for Lotto) as a bonus ball. These counts are what power the “most often drawn” and “hot number” views.
3. Composite score. The Top 25 shortlist is built from a weighted sum of overall frequency, recent frequency and bonus appearances. The exact weights are shown on each game page — there is no hidden model.
4. Pattern profile. We also summarise the shape of past winning lines: odd/even balance, low/high split, consecutive pairs and typical sum range. These describe historic draws; they do not predict the next one.
5. Backtesting. The Prediction Tracker replays our shortlist against draws that have already happened and reports the average number of hits per draw and an accuracy percentage. It exists so you can judge the method against reality rather than take our word for it.

We do not use machine learning, black-box models or paid data feeds. There is no editorial ranking of numbers based on gut feel — if a number is ranked highly, the formula on the page will reproduce that ranking from the same public data.

Editorial standards

• Accuracy. Draw numbers are ingested from the published official record. If we ever surface an incorrect result, please tell us: verified errors are corrected within a working day and the underlying analysis is recomputed automatically.
• Independence. LottoRadar is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Camelot, Allwyn, the National Lottery, the EuroMillions consortium or any lottery operator. We do not receive commission on ticket sales and do not link out to affiliate ticket resellers.
• No prediction claims. Every page that shows “likely” numbers also states plainly that lottery draws are random and independent, and that historical analysis cannot change your odds. We will not knowingly frame any output on this site as a prediction.
• Advertising disclosure. We use Google AdSense to fund the site. Ads are labelled and are separated from editorial content. Advertisers do not influence what we publish or how the analysis is calculated.
• Player safety. Every page carries an age-restriction reminder (18+) and a link to free, confidential support via our responsible gambling page.

• Draw results — the publicly published record maintained by the UK National Lottery and EuroMillions.
• Odds, prize tiers and ticket prices — cross-checked against the official National Lottery and EuroMillions information pages at the time of writing. Always confirm current values with the operator.
• Combinatorics figures on our odds explainer — derived from first principles using the standard n-choose-k formula.
• Responsible gambling information — sourced from BeGambleAware, GamCare and GamStop.

Corrections policy

We take accuracy seriously. If you spot a wrong draw number, an out-of-date figure, or a factual mistake in one of our guides, please email us via the contact page. When we make a material correction to editorial content we’ll update the page inline and, where the change is significant, note the update at the bottom of that page.

Who writes LottoRadar

The site is written and maintained by a small independent team based in the UK, with a mix of software engineering and data-analysis backgrounds. Draw analysis is driven entirely by code — there is no “tipster” behind the shortlists. Editorial guides (like how to play, the odds explainer and the responsible gambling page) are written in-house, reviewed against official sources, and updated when game rules change.
